Mr. Collier has over 15 years of experience in the Commercial Construction Industry. His expertise includes business development, pre-construction services, project management and supervision. Over his career working for large commercial contractors, he has advanced from laborer to drafter, assistant project manager, estimator, project manager and superintendent. Mr. Collier entered his college career at the University of Vermont and then graduated the from University of Florida with a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
From a pre-construction standpoint, he has been involved in over 50 projects ranging from $50,000, 1,000 SF bank renovations to $100,000,000 multi-family communities. To date this consists of a total of $580 million for 5.7 million SF.
For onsite construction management, Mr. Collier has participated in over 30 jobs in multiple states, ranging from tenant build-outs to a new 620,000 SF hospital valued at $195,000,000. Totals of in place construction to date are over $470 million covering 1.8 million SF.
Over these periods, he has worked with developers, architects, engineers, owners, union delegates, building officials and everyone in between. A major part of these accomplishments are attributable to his successful relationships with the subcontractors responsible for the work. As detailed on the following pages, his career includes the following industries: healthcare, office, tenant improvement, entertainment, sports, multi-family, financial, hospitality, amenity centers, food service, educational and pharmaceutical. As Managing Member, Mr. Collier oversees all aspects of his organization.
With over 25 years of experience in the commercial construction industry throughout the Hudson Valley, Debbie brings a wealth of skill sets. Her expertise is in accounting, subcontractor relations and a myriad of administrative tasks. She has worked both onsite during major construction projects as well as in a home office environment. Ms. Cola is familiar with healthcare, government, education, retail, industrial and multifamily markets. She has been employed with an architect, subcontractor and several high-caliber general contractors.
