**Chester Pavilion** – Chester, NY  (2015) EstimatorWas the low bidder on a public, prevailing wage project for the Town of Chester.  Work consisted of a $127,000, 1,800 SF new pavilion added to the existing park.  The project was not accepted by the Town as it was over their estimated budget.

Grand Cypress Golf Resort Clubhouse – Orlando, FL (2004) Assistant Superintendent During the off hours of an premier golf resort, Mr. Collier supervised ADA upgrades in the interior and exteriors.  Notably, a handicap elevator was installed to transport guests to the dining room previously accessible by stairs.

University of Florida UF-164 Broward Recreation– Gainesville, FL (2003-2004) –  As Project Engineer, assisted the Senior Project Manager with meeting minutes, rfi’s, schedules and costing for a  $1.5M outdoor recreation complex.   The facility contained a roller hockey rink, basketball courts, skate park, specialized sports lighting and associated buildings.  During excavation, an unmarked building was discovered that contained asbestos.  The costs for the abatement were offset by reducing some of the scope of the work.  This was a negotiated GMP as part of a minor contracts program with the University of Florida.
