**Rhinebeck Bank Goshen Branch Renovations** – Goshen, NY (2015) Estimator Prepared a lump sum proposal for a new 2,023 SF bank branch.  The work consisted of high end millwork, selective demolition, ATM supports and new MEP.  The project was designed by LAN Associates.

**Edward Jones Branch Office 85762** – Goshen, NY (2015) Estimator Prepared a lump sum proposal for a new branch location.  Extensive surveying of the existing location was required in order to confirm the scope of work.  This bid was also coordinated through the corporate offices of Cushman and Wakefield.

Orlando National Bank – Core and Shell – Winter Park, FL (2005) EstimatorFor an expanding local bank to be located in an affluent neighborhood, an estimate was prepared for a $1.9M Bank Shell.  This two story structure with a covered drive-thru, totaled 12,615 SF.  The superstructure was CMU, concrete columns with structural steel and bar joists. Extensive detailing was designed on the exterior including granite panels, stucco shapes and pilasters, faux balconies with railings, concrete tiled mansard roof and oversized storefront glass.

(3) Bank of America Branch Remodels  – Clermont, (2)Winter Park, FL (2004) Project Manager / Superintendent As a result of Bank of America’s acquisition of Barnett Bank, a full scale renovation of each branch was a statewide program.  From permitting to final turnover, Mr. Collier managed 3 bank renovations.  This work was done in functioning branches and the work was only permitted to occur after hours and weekends.  Weeks leading up until the major reconstruction required multiple night shift work.  This preparatory work included MEP rough ins, surveying above ceilings, field measuring for offsite millwork fabrication, etc. A schedule for the final work was created to hourly increments, signifying the critical planning  necessary.  The major work was constructed in an entire weekend, 24 hrs a day.  The banks was successfully opened for business the following Monday.  During this weekend blitz, multiple trades and owner vendors were phased and coordinated.

(4) Wachovia Bank Branch Remodels– Sanford, Lake Mary, Winter Springs and Apopka, FL (2004) Project Manager / Superintendent As a result of Wachovia merger, the renovations were fast tracked to add these new locations to their portfolio.  The size, scope and manner in which this work was done was very similar to the Bank of America renovations.

Bank of America Branch Renovation – Deltona, FL (2004) Estimator Prepared an estimate for an interior branch renovation.

Bank of America Various Hurricane Emergency Repairs – Orlando, FL  (2004) Project Manager / Superintendent   As the result of Hurricane Charlie, Ivan and Jeanne, many emergency repairs were done on a time and material basis so the banks could re-open for business.

Bank of America Branch Renovation -Vero Beach, FL (2004) Assistant Estimator Prepared estimate for a branch remodel.  This project was out of the local subcontractor database and substantial research was done to provide the proper subcontractors for this repeat client.

Bank of America Cash Vault RenovationOrlando, FL  (2004) Project Manager / Superintendent   Oversaw a renovation in a facility where the daily cash was transported from the local branches by armored vehicle and stored.  Security of personnel and MEP work was a major component of this project as it occurred adjacent to the cash vault location.
