Regeneron Pharmaceuticals Lab Bldg 777, 765 and Mechanical Renovations –  Tarrytown, NY(2014) As MEP Superintendent, Mr. Collier oversaw the renovation of laboratory and mechanical space of phase II (16,000 SF)  and III (19,000 SF) of a  4 phase renovation totaling $40M.  Each phase required the current occupants to be placed in a swing space until the work was completed.  The project consisted  of a new high end main entrance, multiple conference rooms with sophisticated audio visual equipment, break room with kitchen, laboratory casework, fume hoods, office space, extensive mechanical room and rooftop upgrades, IT upgrades, generator replacement, asbestos abatement, uninterruptible power supply and cold room refrigeration.  Mr. Collier handled all MEP related field work and assisted the project superintendent with other trades as necessary.

Regeneron Pharmaceuticals Lobby Upgrade  – Tarrytown, NY(2014)  Estimator Assisted in the compiling a $1,000,000 estimate to upgrade the entrance connecting two laboratory spaces.  Notable features included custom millwork, cloud ceiling, glass railing system and custom signage with integrated audio visual equipment.
