Collier Construction is a full service Commercial General Contractor (GC) and Construction Manager (CM).  With an office in Middletown, NY we are setup to serve our current area of focus, the Hudson Valley.  We specialize in interior renovations as well as ground up construction.
As a GC, we offer a lump sum bid based on the construction documents prepared by your consultants.  In this role, the majority of our involvement is in the construction phase of your project.
As a CM, we are an extension of your organization.  We can enter the process as early as site selection and assist you well after your project is completed.  Based on your specific needs, we will create a customized package of services that best fits your organization.
The following pages illustrate the 4 main phases in the life of a construction project, with the major activities described.  Regardless of the contractual relationship established, Collier Construction will deliver a professionally managed project with safety, finance, timeliness and quality at the forefront.
